With Magnolia’s ​Commenting extension​, you are able to seamlessly introduce this interactive functionality to your website, generating a dialogue with your customers and obtaining valuable feedback.

The extension offers commenting features and the possibility to like or dislike the comments, group comments based on a root comment, moderate comments (i.e 'Report Abuse') or mark as author´s favourite. Users can also provide ratings and reviews.

The Commenting extension uses an external database to store the commenting data, and provides a REST API for comments and a Content App to view comments of an item.
