About the opportunity

Sales & Partner Manager Nordics (B2B Enterprise Software)

We are seeking quota-carrying sales professional to join our team and lead the sales efforts for our B2B enterprise software solutions in the Nordics region. As a Sales & Partner Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer and partner base in the region by developing and executing our GTM strategies and building strong partnerships with key strategic partners.

What you will do?
  • Proven track record of success in sales and partnership management, preferably in enterprise software or a related field
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets for the Nordics region
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by establishing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts
  • Timely and accurate updating of Salesforce.com CRM, forecasts and pipeline data to ensure the generation of accurate account and management reports
  • Work with our Partner Team and Partners directly to identify and work on opportunities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for large enterprise customers in the region and be responsible for managing and growing these accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with company goals and strategies
What you bring in?
  • 5+ years of experience in a closing sales role in B2B, ideally for the Nordics  region
  • Proven track record of success in sales and partnership management, preferably in enterprise software or a related field
  • Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales and partnership plans
  • Highly adaptable and independent, self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Good understanding of sales performance metrics and must be driven with an extreme sense of urgency to deliver
  • Can develop and understand complex business processes/business models and embodies a consultative approach
  • Very comfortable with team working, able to create an emphatic and meaningful relationship with stakeholders remotely
  • Fluency in English and one or more of the Nordic languages is a must
