Magnolia's Mail module allows organizations to send emails from Magnolia. An email can be triggered by an event such as a form fill.

The Mail Template Management extension creates a Magnolia App that provides an overview of all email templates and allows content authors to manage templates without IT support.

The extension allows non-technical users to:

• Create mail templates in AdminCentral
• Change and delete templates
• Structure mail templates in folders
• Reference mail templates in components, e.g., form components
