We are looking for a financial expert who has the potential to be the bridge between the CFO and Financial Operations.

The details

What things you’ll be doing?
  • Leading the global finance department including Accounting/Reporting, Controlling, Contract Management and Legal
  • Evolving budgeting as well as forecasting processes
  • Driving the Group’s monthly financial reporting
  • Ensuring the group’s liquidity by managing healthy cash flow & cash collection
  • Owning critical growth projects such as Salesforce implementation, Transfer Pricing, Contract Management, International Control System
  • Developing and directing the company’s financial procedures and policies
  • Driving consolidated audits for Magnolia Group
  • Managing the company’s financial compliance with local and federal regulatory matters
What do we need from you?
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, or similar
  • +/-5 years experience in a senior finance role in a small to mid-sized organization
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset with a great sense for details
  • Excellent ability to manage stakeholders, especially senior ones
  • Experience in turning challenging demands into opportunities for growth
  • Strong contextual understanding of legal and contractual matters
  • Experience in supporting external audits
  • Excellent English and communication skills
